Hi! We're the Ruscio family and we'd like to thank you for your interest in what God is doing in our lives.
The two of us met in Spokane, Washington while attending Moody Bible Institute. Frank earned his degree in Missionary Aviation Technology and we are excited to use those skills on a church planting team overseas. Since we were married in 2009, we both graduated, have worked a few jobs, and invested in our home church (Faith Bible Church) to glean from their wisdom and counsel. It's been a blessing to take advantage of opportunities to grow before leaving for the field! Upon receiving the Elders' blessing, our family moved to Missouri in the Fall of 2015 to attend the Missionary Training Center of New Tribes Mission. The Fall of 2016 will brought another transition - we moved to Arizona to attend a 9 month internship with NTM's global aviation's headquarters. Towards the end of the 9 months, leadership approached us and asked us to pray about extending our time in Arizona in order for Frank to learn to fly the helicopter - we said yes! Lord willing, we will be ready to Asia Pacific sometime in the middle of 2018.
God has blessed us with three boys, Frankie, Toby and Logan. We are excited to participate together and watch God plant His church in unreached people groups as a family. Pilot families have an exciting opportunity to support and encourage the missionaries on the front lines. Sometimes, the pilot is the only person from their own language and culture a missionary will see for months at a time. Our family is super excited to be involved in their lives and play a part in keeping them on the field!
